U6/U8 Practice/Skills Sessions:
Week One: Donkey Tails with out balls
                     Traffic Lights Red, Green Lights
                     Ball Taps- dribble around using various parts of your foot in/outside, top/sole.
Week Two: Freeze Tag
                      King/Queen of the ring
                      Running relay races with ball
Week Three: Dribble and Shoot relay race with ball
                        What time is it mr. wolf/cookie monster etc
                       Donkey Tails with Balls
Week Four: Juggling, tricks and moves inside a square
                      Land Mines game
                      Repeat one of week one skills
Week Five: Juggling, tricks and moves inside a square
                       4 gates and center gate partner up and score and defend 1 min rounds then rotate
                        Repeat one of week two skills
Week Six: Coaches choice any weeks skills stations (3)
Week Seven: Players choice any weeks skills stations (3)
Notes:
First Day is organization day had out Timbit shirts, do a little warm up and play a game if time permits.
Each skills station 8-10min for a total of 3 skills stations for the first 30mins. U8 will have 13-15min skills stations for a total of 2 skills stations for the first 30mins. Equipment need for all the skills sessions is 1 ball per player, and Donkey tail skill station (donkey tails)
Last 30mins follow the game schedule of who you play against 10 min halves with a 5 min break between halves.
At the end the coaches and parents will be asked to take down the field and have it ready for the older age groups games and practices.
For U6 pick a coach and partner up for skills for each week so you will do the same drill for both Mon/Wed.  Then following week switch coach partner and Skill or Drill.
